Braintoy is a hard rock act reminiscent of Tool, Mars Volta and APC. braintoy has created a current, intensely aggressive style that is distinctly its own. The group is a two year old collaboration between four musicians; Brett Fitzgerald (vocalist), Devin Gasteiger (bass & Keys), Chris Anderson (guitars) and Riley O Connor (drums). During 2004, feeling that the time had come, the band decided to take up an offer from Rob Sanzo of S2N Studios (long time producer of such acts as Voivod, Treble Charger, Danko Jones, Sum 41 and Controller Controller) and entered the studio. The result was Tremors, a five song EP that is mammoth in both sound and substance. With Roger Lian at Masterdisk, N.Y.C., braintoy now has a world-class product available for distribution.
