Born in Kansas City Missouri, Debi Lynn has loved singing ever since she can remember. all the same to her. She's a natural entertainer. She'll get the crowd clapping and dancing to the upbeat songs she performs, and can bring tears to the eyes when she's singing a ballad.
Besides being an excellent vocalist, Debi is also an accomplished songwriter. On her 4-song demo recorded 1998 in Nashville and produced by Pete Bordonali, Debi showcases one of her original songs entitled "Sifting Through the Ashes." Debi even produced an album of remakes titled "Country Classics" which reveals her versatility. Recently Debi was back in the studio and made a full CD that was produced by Robert Metzgar (of Capital Management & Platinum Plus Records) and Cathy Lemmon (Artist Development Network) titled Selfish. She also carries over 5000 tunes, ranging from Country, Pop, Rock n Roll, Oldies, Gospel, Duets, ect She enjoys performing with sound tracks, providing Karaoke, and with her band Wishful Thinking.
Debi Lynn has participated in state and national talent competitions, numerous festivals, fairs, nightclubs, and theaters, including the Lewisburg, TN's Octoberfest, Lawrenceburg, TN's Crocket Theater, Kansas City Missouri's Wildfire Saloon, Nashville's Blue Bird Cafe, Broken Spoke Cafe and Saloon. Debi has also performed with Bill & Kim Nash ,who wrote one of Reba McEntries big hits, Grand Ol Opry star Ray Pillow, Rock & Rolls Hall of Fame Gene Hughes, Stella Parton, The Joe Diffie Band, and Debi opened a show in Lewisburg for David Austin. She has also performed many benefit shows, including the American Heart Association, VFW, the American Legion, Columbias Fruit of the Vine Childrens Christmas Benefit, nursing homes, plus youth fund-raisers, and countless private parties. Debi is currently performing regularly for a variety of local clubs. . She's also done radio and television commercials, Besides entertaining, Debi's other hobbies include cross stitch sewing, computer designing, and crocheting.
Debi Lynn's goal is to continue to be a good-hearted honest entertainer, and would like to land a major record deal so she can touch people with her music on a larger scale.
