| Just me, a guitar and pc. I have given up on bands and nearly gave up on music but after a 3 year lay off I have started playing again. The stuff I do is for fun, I have no dreams of fame these days - too old :)
Why this name? It is part of a name of one of my old bands. Do you play live? I don't play live any more - I stopped enjoying it. I have played support to quite a few big names at festivals around the south of England and I guess the best moment was supporting James Brown in 2001. How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry? It allows people like me to host my tunes and get heard. Would you sign a record contract with a major label? Nope! Band History: Been playing 20 years, pretty much every kind of music except jazz and thrash. played in too many bands, had some success as a session playing in the late 80's. Your influences? My stuff is mainly guitar instrumental rock tunes so I guess I am influenced by Joe Satriani and Steve Vai to some extent. I actually prefer bands like Rush and it Bites when it comes to guitar. To switch off from guitar, I listen to Lou Reed, Dylan, The Clash and many others. Favorite spot? I live on the south coast of england but I love Scotland and would move there tomorrow given the chance.
